Jobgether is seeking an SEO Manager based in the United States to own the organic search strategy across a portfolio of home service websites. You will shape architectures, implement technical SEO standards, and drive AI-aware optimization, partnering with development and content teams.

You will lead a small team, establish scalable processes, and report performance to clients through monthly reviews and audits, maintaining high quality and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SEO, including agency experience managing multiple clients.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing SEO professionals.
• Strong technical SEO expertise across architecture, migrations, core web vitals, structured data.
• Proven local SEO experience for multi-location businesses.
• Hands-on with HTML/CSS/WordPress; collaborate with developers.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GTM.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve website architecture, URL structures, and technical SEO standards.
• Define and manage the SEO roadmap across multiple websites.
• Develop standardized SEO processes for onboarding, launches, migrations, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows with templates, automation, and AI tools.
• Lead and mentor a small team of SEO specialists.
• Monitor organic leads, local search visibility, and client satisfaction.
