Qualifications

• Strong track record of building SEO programs from the ground up.
• Deep knowledge of technical, content, link-building, keyword research and programmatic SEO.

Responsibilities

• Build the SEO strategy for TierPoint, including technical optimizations, programs, content strategy, and measurement.
• Monitor and analyze SEO channel performance and maintain reporting on traffic, conversion, and keyword rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, troubleshoot site health issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve crawlability and indexation.
• Continuously conduct keyword research to uncover opportunities based on market trends and TierPoint products.
• Perform content audits to guide content creators on what to create and when to refresh or remove content.
• Optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates by analyzing website performance and testing CTAs and content.
• Develop a detailed content roadmap for tierpoint.com ensuring timely delivery of initiatives to drive organic growth.
• Execute on-page SEO audits and collaborate with content, product marketing, and digital marketing to implement improvements.
• Be the SEO expert for the company, monitoring traffic and impact of algorithm changes and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with product marketing, digital, and content teams to share SEO knowledge and best practices.
