Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an SEO Manager for urgent care clients. You will own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking narrative when clients ask what moved, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will oversee technical SEO, keyword strategy, content coordination with writers and AI tools, and multi-location/local SEO efforts, delivering GA4 and Search Console insights and quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO; audits and fixes done personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Improve client visibility in AI search alongside traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
