Job summary

ProSites is seeking an Executive SEO Strategist in the United States to lead strategic SEO initiatives for SMB clients, including multi-location practices. You will drive local and GEO-focused SEO, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable plans for Account Management, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO strategy, SEO account management, digital marketing strategy, or a similar SEO role.
• Strong understanding of local SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, performance marketing, conversion, GEO & AEO, and online customer acquisition.
• Experience supporting high-value, at-risk, escalated, partner, or multi-location client accounts preferred.
• Ability to analyze SEO & GEO performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present insights clearly without being overly technical or verbose.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect SEO strategy to client goals, retention, revenue, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Support: monitor SEO projects, deliverables, performance trends, and client needs.
• At-Risk/Escalated Client Support: analyze performance data and recommend strategy adjustments.
• Retention Support: provide SEO & GEO insights to improve client confidence and retention.
• Sales Support: assist Sales with SEO-related questions and package explanations.
• Mentorship: guide team members on SEO & GEO best practices and strategy.
• Ad Hoc Initiatives: contribute to special projects and cross-functional SEO improvements.
