Job summary

Evolver is seeking a Lead Senior Security Engineer to own and scale security across its AI platform. You will lead architecture, deployment patterns, and secure customer environments for Fortune 1000 clients, reporting to the CTO. This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA.

You’ll work with Cloud, DevOps, GenAI, and Forward Deployed Engineers to embed security at every layer, drive compliance, and advance enterprise-grade security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security architecture and engineering.
• Experience securing SaaS platforms and cloud-native systems.
• Hands-on cloud security experience, preferably Azure.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, secrets management, and secure SDLC.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security design, architecture, and implementation for Evolver’s AI platform.
• Define secure deployment patterns for Fortune 1000 customers on cloud or customer-controlled environments.
• Embed security into CI/CD, IaC, container deployments, secrets management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Secure AI platform capabilities including data isolation, model access controls, and audit trails.
• Lead technical security discussions with customers and support audits and compliance.
