Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods and bakery goods for senior citizens in congregate meals and home-delivered meals.
• Order food, supplies, and equipment; maintain sanitation and cleanliness to meet USDA/State standards.
• Maintain daily records of meals served, transportation, and client services for SAMS data entry.
