Job summary

Eightelevengroup is seeking a Senior Architect in Orlando, FL. This on-site role leads design efforts for major infrastructure projects across healthcare, aviation, education, and government sectors.

You will own design from concept to completion, mentor junior architects, and support client relationships and business development. The ideal candidate has a NAAB-accredited architecture degree, RA licensure, and strong experience with codes, envelope design, and 3D rendering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited) with 8+ years' experience, or Master's with 7+ years' experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) required.
• Expert knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, envelope design, and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project teams through all design and construction phases.
• Develop, modify, and review production drawings for healthcare, aviation, education, and government facilities.
• Apply codes, standards, and write specifications; compile technical reports.
• Develop innovative, non-standard design solutions for complex projects.
• Oversee QA/QC and constructability during construction administration.
