Job summary

You will contribute to master planning, interiors, ambulatory centers, and hospital-ready environments, while advancing design excellence and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in healthcare design.
• Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, codes, and building material characteristics.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and building codes, including MEP design and medical equipment requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple team members, consultant groups and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand the client and various stakeholders’ vision and key factors for project success.
• Ability to travel as projects require.
• High level of leadership skills, as well as clear and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within Little’s Healthcare Studio on projects of varying size and scope.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with consulting partners to deliver high quality healthcare environments.
• Provide design leadership, documentation and detailing to ensure project success.
• Maintain accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Seek growth opportunities and contribute to a collaborative firm culture.
