Job summary

Little is a national design firm seeking a Senior Design Architect for our Orlando, FL office. You will lead design concepts across Community, Workplace, Retail and Healthcare while guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction documents.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience, a proven design leadership track record, and strong communication skills to engage clients and partners. Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience including design leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design; NCARB or pursuing.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; client relationship experience.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through construction documents.
• Collaborative mindset across multidisciplinary teams.
