Job summary

Integra Technologies, located in Wichita, KS, seeks a Principal Test Engineer to plan, design, and evaluate test development projects for semiconductor devices. The role emphasizes memory testing and experience with automated test equipment, with relocation required for candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in IC/test development and automated test equipment.
• Experience with test program development for digital, analog or mixed-signal ICs.

Responsibilities

• Develop semiconductor component-level test plans to meet device specs.
• Create ATE test programs hardware/software per approved plans.
• Configure bench lab equipment to meet test needs.
• Collaborate with Sales to quote engineering and test costs.
• Work with Operations to assess production-level feasibility and cost.
• Debug devices/tests and collect data to drive corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
