Job summary

You will follow strict procedures, document results, and collaborate with engineers and technicians. Education includes a high school diploma; associate degree preferred; semiconductor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• Prior semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and specs.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately.
• Operate bench equipment including thermal meters and multimeters.
• Follow very specific, technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow Quality Documentation Manual procedures to evaluate components.
• Confer with engineers and technicians on test results.
• Verify component counts and inspect lead integrity.
• Read and interpret technical Instructions/specifications.
• Log in to OMS and submit results.
• Visually inspect components and take measurements.
• Perform mechanical, laser and chemical de-encapsulation.
• Operate X-ray, XRF, SEM and related equipment.
