Job summary

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow very specific, technical instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Quality Documentation Manual procedures to evaluate components.
  • Confer with engineers, technicians, and operations regarding test results.
  • Verify component counts and lead integrity.
  • Read and interpret a wide variety of technical instructions and specifications.
  • Log work in the Order Management System and submit results.
  • Visually inspect electronic components and take measurements.
  • Perform mechanical, Laser and chemical de-encapsulation and wire bond pull.
  • Operate a variety of bench equipment and inspection tools.
