Job summary

UCT is seeking a Technician IV in Phoenix, AZ to serve as an advanced technical contributor in Chemline and Blast operations within the SSB services environment. You will perform complex chemical processing, precision blasting, and detailed inspection of semiconductor chamber components to maintain ultra-clean surfaces and contamination control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–6+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor/chamber parts cleaning, chemical processing, blasting, or precision surface finishing.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, and surface preparation of semiconductor chamber parts.
• Execute precision blasting to remove deposition without damaging part integrity.
• Monitor and adjust chemical tanks and process chemistries following strict recipes and controls.
• Perform inspections (incoming, in-process, final) for UHP cleanliness and defect criteria.
• Lead Chemline and Blast production lines to ensure throughput and quality targets.
• Support first-article processing, R&D trials, and new process introductions.
