Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Technician IV to advance chemical processing, precision blasting, and inspection of semiconductor chamber components in a contamination-controlled environment.

You will lead production lines, coordinate with engineering and quality teams, and support process development, first-article qualifications, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strict safety and documentation practices.

Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor services or chamber parts cleaning is expected.
Knowledge of chemical processing, blasting, and precision surface finishing is preferred.
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and contamination control is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced chemical cleaning and surface preparation of chamber parts.
Execute precision blasting to remove deposition while protecting part integrity.
Prepare and monitor chemical tanks and process chemistries per recipes.
Inspect parts for UHP cleanliness and document results in QA systems.
Lead Chemline and Blast lines; support first-article processing and trials.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process development.
