Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Technician III in Fremont, CA to perform advanced chemical processing, cleaning, coating, etching, and surface treatment of semiconductor chamber components in ATCC facilities.

The role requires strong knowledge of chemical processes, SPC measurement collection, and the ability to troubleshoot while maintaining contamination-control standards. Training and mentoring of junior technicians are included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical processing, wet chemistry, cleaning, coating, blasting, etching, or surface treatment operations.
• Experience collecting SPC measurements and maintaining process documentation.
• Ability to identify process deviations and assist in troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, etching, coating, and surface treatment on semiconductor chamber components.
• Operate chemline equipment and processes per SOPs and specifications.
• Monitor and adjust chemical bath parameters to validated requirements.
• Assist in training Technician I/II and participate in process improvements.
