Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Technician Lead to join our Phoenix ATCC team, leading production activities and ensuring safety and quality in cleaning processes for semiconductor parts.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, as well as proficiency in MS Word and Excel; overtime and PPE are part of daily duties. Join a fast-growing sector with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED. Technical associate degree or some college preferred.
• Manufacturing team leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to handle repetitive work and provide fast turn-around on production related to masking, wiping, processing parts.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Must be computer literate, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
• Must be able to wear work area gowning and other required PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Follows all safety rules and policies and assists Production Supervisor on ensuring employees are following proper safety and regulatory policies.
• Leads and directs production workflow through each department.
• Monitors quality and production standards are met.
• Develops and assists with training of employees within each department as needed.
• Looks for and makes suggestions to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and organization of work and methods.
• Assists Production Supervisor to monitors KPI’s and goals and assists in developing action plans of improvement.
• Demonstrates the ability to work within the team environment by participating in the resolution of problems and team meetings.
• Participates in daily activities of the team such as safety, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
• Documents all safety, quality, personnel, and equipment issues, and informs the Production Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required by Production Supervisor.
