Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Fremont, CA is seeking a Technician III to perform advanced chemical processing on semiconductor chamber components within our ATCC. You will operate chemline equipment, monitor tank chemistries, and ensure strict contamination controls in a cleanroom environment.

You will support troubleshooting, process improvements, and training while helping drive safety, quality, and throughput in a high-precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, chemical processing, or related technical experience.
• Experience with SPC measurements and process control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, etching, coating, and surface treatment.
• Operate chemline equipment per SOPs and specs.
• Monitor chemical bath parameters and tank chemistries.
• Assist in training Technician I/II and support process improvements.
