Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an Advanced Security Technician for the Dallas/Arlington, TX area to install and service enterprise security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion platforms. The role requires hands-on field work, mentorship to teammates, and collaboration on project teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety, quality workmanship, and ongoing learning to apply new security technologies in client engagements.

Qualifications

2+ years installing enterprise-level physical security systems (Access control, CCTV, Intrusion).
Proficient with device installation, headend equipment, cabling, and network connections.
Basic networking and programming understanding.
Able to oversee and train others on device installation.
Experience using test equipment to verify installations.
Able to troubleshoot across enterprise-level systems.
Licensure as required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install and service physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, and related components).
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to achieve quality results.
Train and mentor teammates on installation practices.
Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors on-site.
Stay current with new technologies and their client applications.
Lead on smaller projects/installations as a senior technician.
