Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Lead Technician to join our security business unit. You will install and maintain access control, CCTV, IP video management, intercoms, and data cabling across client sites.

The position requires 2+ years of field experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. LENEL experience preferred; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of field experience in the industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain access control systems, CCTV, and related devices.
• Install and test cabling (Cat5e/6) per codes.
• Troubleshoot faulty equipment and follow RMA process.
• Assist with closet buildouts and wire management.
• Program and troubleshoot CCTV and access control devices, wireless systems.
• Communicate site conditions, progress, and issues clearly.
