Job summary

Pavion is seeking a skilled Technician to join our security business unit. You will maintain and service fire, security, and AV integration systems, communicating with clients about system status and upgrades.

Ideal candidates have strong field experience, valid driver license, and certifications in LenelS2 or CCURE9000. Join a team committed to safety, reliability, and customer excellence in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• LenelS2 or CCURE9000 certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about system condition and upgrades.
• Maintain and test security systems under service contracts.
• Troubleshoot to locate problems and guide corrective actions.
• Time-stamp progress in Blue Folder ticket system for real time updates.
• Work independently across multiple service calls daily.
• Produce timely, detailed service reports.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
• Share new technical information with Operations installation team.
• Coordinate with team on next steps and needs discovered in calls.
• Be accountable for growth within the department.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity with customers and colleagues.
