Overview

Premise One has been a Systems Integrator for Access Control, IP Video, A/V, and Cabling Infrastructure for over 25 years. We are seeking multiple candidates for Security Technicians to join our team of collaborative individuals with the utmost integrity and dedication.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The Lead Security Technician is responsible for daily project installation as directed by the Foreman or Project Manager. The Lead Security Technician will ensure the job is completed to Premise One quality standards and customer satisfaction and must be proficient in Card Access, CCTV and Intrusion Detection installations.
• Take direction from a Lead Technician and provide professional communication to field staff and customers.
• Follow company guidelines to maintain safety requirements.
• Perform work with a detailed level of technical knowledge; troubleshoot and address technical issues that may arise.
• Represent Premise One professionally as the main on-site contact and attend site meetings as required.
• Training and Certifications will be required and provided by Premise One for ongoing continued education.

It is desired to demonstrate proficiency in performing the following tasks:

• Plan and receive direction from a project lead to complete Card Access, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection installations per manufacture specifications and project drawings.
• Be self-motivated, positive, and professional.
• Work at heights (ladder or scissor lift), in confined spaces, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel at least 60% of the time within the work location and/or regional territory.
• Previous experience and/or certifications in Lenel, Software House, Axis, or Avigilon is desired.
• Own basic telecom tools including punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, etc.
