Job summary

Premise One LLC is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee complete installations under the direction of the Field Superintendent and Project Manager. The role requires proficiency in AV, security, access control, and infrastructure cabling, along with strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of technicians.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, can execute project plans effectively, and is familiar with current telecommunications standards. Must be willing to work overtime and travel as necessary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling.
• Verifiable experience in leading a project team.
• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technicians on project installations.
• Execute project plans maintaining quality assurance and schedule.
• Conduct daily prework site walks and safety toolbox talks.
