Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America in Nashville is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee security staff at client sites, ensure compliance with post orders, and deliver high standards of safety and service.

You will coach officers, coordinate with management and clients, prepare incident and daily reports, and respond to emergencies with professional composure and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related security experience.
• Valid state Guard License (or ability to obtain one).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to supervise officers and coordinate post operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• File required reports and coordinate with authorities in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
