Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred, with security/customer service background a plus.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and roving security services at the assigned location with emphasis on observation and reporting.
• Conduct walking, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats or hazards and respond to emergencies.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain DARs, adhering to post orders and site policies.
• Enforce site rules, procedures, and customer service standards; coordinate with supervision as needed.
