Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking a Security Supervisor in Houston to oversee security teams at client sites. You will ensure post coverage, equipment maintenance, and adherence to post orders while coordinating schedules and inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and maintain knowledge of site operations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment (keys, radios, wands).
• Staff post coverage to ensure complete site coverage.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Inspect officer appearance, licenses, and uniforms.
• Review reports and sign-in sheets for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure timely daily report entries and audit for completeness.
• Review Post orders and propose changes to senior management.
• Report disciplinary problems or discrimination to Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
