Job summary

Music City Center is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee in-house and contracted security personnel and EMT staff. You will help develop loss prevention and life safety procedures for MCC attendees and staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising security teams, monitoring CCTV and alarms, managing access controls, and coordinating with vendors to keep facilities secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Three to five years relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience as a security supervisor or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred; equivalency considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist scheduling security staff and provide guidance and supervision.
• Oversee security operations with policy compliance and safety standards.
• Patrol buildings, respond to incidents, and report hazards.
• Operate two-way radios and maintain central CCTV surveillance.
• Prepare shift schedules and manage leave and overtime.
• Monitor alarm systems and control access for authorized entry.
• Supervise vendors and handle maintenance coordination.
• Assist parking operations during peak times and events.
• Ensure accurate reports and timely documentation.
