Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Supervisory/leadership experience desired.
• Proficiency with radio systems, ARMS, Pro-Watch, CCTV, and standard computers.

Responsibilities

• Lead security staff activities: scheduling, shift staffing, incident reports, and assigning daily tasks.
• Manage dispatch center operations and field operations on Health Science Campus.
• Coordinate with UT Police and hospital staff to maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to Security Operating Procedures and iCare standards.
• Attend safety education and training to ensure a safe work environment.
