Responsibilities

• Officer Supervision and Accountability: Ensure officers arrive on time, wear the proper uniform, and remain at their assigned posts; enforce policy compliance and post orders; report misconduct or policy violations.
• Daily Security Operations: Conduct routine site inspections and security patrols; ensure posts are staffed; monitor access control and account for equipment and keys; identify safety hazards and security concerns.
• Communication and Reporting: Share important updates, prepare pass-down emails, and complete incident reports and shift logs; notify management of incidents and staffing issues; maintain professional communication.
• Incident and Emergency Response: Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; notify management and emergency services; follow procedures and assist with documentation.
• Client Service and Professional Conduct: Maintain professional relations with clients, employees, visitors; address questions; escalate complaints; represent the company positively.
• Training and Development: Assist with training new officers, reinforce access control and reporting procedures; provide feedback and coordinate additional training.
