Assist visitors and employees, addressing concerns professionally.
Enforce SEI and Client policies.

Role Overview

Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Lead Security Officer to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Officers play a vital role in deterring incidents through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have or obtain a Valid Security License as required by the state licensing authority.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Availability to work weekends.
Strong situational awareness and curiosity.
Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in critical situations.
Basic computer skills; able to use a tablet for reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Stand for at least 1 hour without support or break. Sit for at least 1 hour without break. Walk at least 1/2 mile without stopping.
