Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Security Installation Foreman in Chantilly, VA to lead a team installing and troubleshooting low voltage panels, IP video systems, and intrusion systems including Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP, and Axis cameras. The role involves onsite supervision, scheduling, and ensuring quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Five (5) or more years of experience.
• Mastery knowledge of intrusion systems, IP Video, and access control systems (Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP).
• Ability to read plans and install panels, boxes, and wiring accordingly.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA Regulations and relevant codes.
• Strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to install and troubleshoot low voltage panels, wiring, IP video systems, and intrusion systems.
• Provide onsite supervision of installers across multiple worksites.
• Proctor, coach, and teach others.
• Provide reliable customer support and instruction on system operation.
