Job summary

BearCom in Denver, CO is seeking a Security Installation Foreman to lead a team installing and troubleshooting low voltage panels, wiring, IP video systems, and intrusion systems including Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP, and Axis cameras.

The role requires on-site supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple sites while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards; training on specific systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and IP video systems.
• Supervises on-site installers and coordinates activities across multiple worksites.
• Proctors, coaches and teaches others on job tasks.
• Provides reliable customer support and instruction on system operation.
• Performs system testing and documentation of work hours and activities.
