Job summary

Secureone Security Services is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee branch operations during non-business hours and supervise Field Officers. The FS will coordinate patrols, field inspections, and client communication while ensuring adherence to security procedures and high service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, incident response, and collaboration with clients and management. A strong background in security and ongoing professional development are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must possess a valid security license as required in the state for which you are applying.
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive security experience.
• Ability to be trained and certified in an Armed capacity.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Maintain active license at all times while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Officers and back-up patrol as needed.
• Provide Field Support for patrols and site inspections.
• Develop Field Support competencies and training plans.
• Implement controls for patrol and alarm response activities.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with managers and clients.
• Review Field Support for continuous improvement and profitability.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
