PalAmerican Security is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of security officers in the United States. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure top-notch client service while maintaining strict adherence to site orders and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managing experience in a service organization.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is desired.
• Proficiency in scheduling, operations, and employee management.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all security officers assigned to your chain of command.
• Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for On-Site interviews.
• Provide training and guidance to security officers.
• Identify suitable security officers for specific sites.
• Oversee evaluation processes for security officers and supervisors.
• Implement motivational and disciplinary actions.
• Visit security officers on sites regularly to address any arising issues.
• Develop training regimens and site orders for each site.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of PalAmerican Security property.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Provide training at designated post locations.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed.
