The role requires 2–3 years of security experience, a valid security license, and the ability to obtain armed certification. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a college degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License.
• Must possess a valid security license for the state.
• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive security experience.
• Ability to be trained and certified in Armed capacity.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Must maintain active license status at all times while on duty.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations during non-business hours.
• Inspect field officers and provide training and operational support.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate field staff performance.
• Develop Field Support competency tasks and training plans.
• Implement controls for patrol and alarm response activities.
• Coordinate incidents and client communications.
