Job summary

Cisco is seeking an experienced Application Security professional to lead advanced penetration testing engagements across on‑prem and cloud portfolios. You will craft sophisticated attack plans and provide remediation guidance to drive product maturity while scaling testing with agentic AI workflows.

You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, use public cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and mentor teammates to raise the organization’s security maturity in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, Master’s plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year in application-level penetration testing.
• Offensive security across web/mobile/applications, networks, and distributed systems.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and tooling development (Python/Bash).
