Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Highland Springs is seeking a Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services for our gated retirement community. You will ensure program and procedural compliance, oversee quality assurance, investigations, training, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities include managing gatehouse and patrols, incident reporting, coordinating with SES Manager on emergency plans, hiring and coaching staff, and maintaining schedules and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in public safety supervisory roles.
• Minimum 1 year as an Emergency Responder.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead safety programs and conduct inspections.
• Maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans with SES Manager.
• Complete incident reports and daily shift reports.
• Assist in hiring, training and coaching staff.
• Schedule, review timesheets, and conduct evaluations.
• Provide daily leadership and clear communication to the team.
