Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Highland Springs community in North Dallas, TX, is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor. You will lead safety operations, oversee staff, and ensure response readiness across the community.

You will perform patrols, manage incidents and reports, and supervise a team to ensure secure, compliant operations. Compensation starts at $20.00/hour, with impactful growth opportunities within a growing seniors-care network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory or comparable supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and staff the gatehouse.
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations.
• Complete daily shift reports and incident reports (medical, theft, accidents, fires, emergencies).
• Screen visitors and vendors at the gatehouse.
• Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation and communication to direct & indirect reports.
