Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a security-focused professional to deliver high-impact security engagements for customers, translating risks into actionable postures. The role focuses on secure deployments, architecture reviews, and proactive security recommendations within a growing Professional Services Security Assurance team.

You will collaborate across teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle and contribute to scalable security methodologies and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application/Security or Security Consulting (Senior).
• 8+ years in Application Security or Security Consulting (Lead).
• Hands-on security assessments: reviews, threat modeling, pen tests, cloud reviews.
• Understand OWASP Top 10, API Security Top 10, common attack techniques.
• Communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements with in-depth security assessments across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled apps.
• Translate technical risks into actionable security postures for diverse stakeholders.
• Develop security assessment reports with risk ratings and remediation guidance.
• Provide practical remediation guidance and security best practices to customers.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to integrate security in the SDLC.
• Enhance assessment methodologies, automation, and tooling for quality and scale.
• Define technical security standards and reference architectures with teams and customers.
• Research emerging technologies and attack techniques to improve methodologies.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and leadership.
