Job summary

Salesforce is building a brand-new Professional Services Security Assurance (PSSA) team within the Security Practice. This founding role focuses on delivering high-impact security engagements to customers, translating complex risks into actionable postures.

You will lead security assessments across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled apps, collaborating with the Professional Services organization to embed security throughout the SDLC and develop scalable tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience performing application security assessments, including architecture and design reviews, threat modeling, secure code reviews, penetration testing, and cloud security reviews.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled applications and agentic systems is a plus.
• Experience communicating security findings to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engagements by performing in-depth assessments of web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled apps.
• Conduct threat modeling to identify attack vectors and recommend security controls.
• Develop comprehensive security assessment reports with findings, risk ratings, and remediation guidance.
• Advise customers with practical remediation guidance and best practices.
• Collaborate with professional services to integrate security in the SDLC from design to deployment.
• Develop and refine assessment methodologies, automation, and tooling for scalable engagements.
• Define technical security standards and reference architectures with internal teams and customers.
• Research emerging threats and improve assessment methodologies.
