Qualifications

• State or municipality mandated security officer licenses.
• 3-5 years civilian law enforcement, or private or corporate security experience.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead security personnel and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Schedule, overtime management, review logs and incident reports.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct disciplinary matters.
• Maintain timekeeping records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity with teams.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as needed.
