Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience with U.S. Government programs, including familiarity with the proposal and capture process.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10-14 engineers, including hiring and career development.
• Drive R&D in advanced microelectronics technologies and oversee project execution.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to transition technologies into future products.
• Guide technology strategy and IR&D investments and roadmaps.
• Present concepts to customers and stakeholders and ensure manufacturability objectives.
