Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in leading people and coordinating production activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership for production staff, machine operations, and scheduling activities.
• Coordinate master production schedules, inventory levels, and assembly work with multiple functions.
• Drive process improvements through lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Recruit, evaluate performance, and provide guidance for bargaining unit personnel.
• Collaborate with materials, maintenance, customer service, and quality teams to meet objectives.
