Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in large-scale cooking is preferred.
• KSDE certification/completion and Food Safety Basics class within 6 months are required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain records such as temperature logs and plate counts.
• Assist with service and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager on staffing, supplies, and equipment issues.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and compliance with health standards.
