Job summary

S&B USA Construction, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Pursuits Scheduling Manager to lead project controls scheduling for heavy civil projects on the east coast.

You will develop bid and baseline schedules, manage a team, coordinate with project managers, estimators, and superintendents, and drive schedule risk analysis and recovery plans. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in schedule control for heavy civil construction.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and PowerBI; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project controls scheduling professionals.
• Develop Bid Schedules and Baseline Schedules for assigned areas or mega projects.
• Support Time Impact Analysis, Mitigations/Recovery Analysis and Claim Analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators and superintendents.
• Maintain weekly schedule updates and monthly dashboard reporting.
• Identify schedule risks and drive risk mitigation planning.
