Job summary

You will lead scheduling teams on megaprojects and collaborate with estimators, PMs, and field leaders on complex infrastructure programs.

The role emphasizes advanced Primavera P6 usage, PowerBI reporting, and strong leadership to drive on-time project delivery across major civil works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in schedule control for heavy civil construction or related industry.
• Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Intermediate PowerBI knowledge.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide a scheduling team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project controls scheduling professionals.
• Develop Bid Schedules and Baseline Schedules for assigned areas or mega projects.
• Oversee weekly schedule updates and monthly schedule reports.
• Identify schedule risks during estimating and mitigations planning.
• Coordinate with project managers, project engineers and superintendents to develop baselines.
