Job summary

S&B USA Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for heavy civil projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will build bid and baseline schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, lead updates and reporting, and advise on schedule risks and claims.

Location is TBD with a focus on Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Virginia projects. Candidates should have 3–5 years of scheduling experience and be able to work with project teams and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of heavy civil construction experience scheduling/PM with CPM schedules.
• Proven ability to track and maintain project data.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid schedules and CPM baselines in Primavera P6 with minimal oversight.
• Lead schedule updates, look-aheads, and monthly reporting to project teams and owners.
• Identify schedule risks and participate in change and claims support.
