Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing or warehousing setting.
• Must have held current job for at least 6 months before bidding (except realignments).
• Not on probation or under performance improvement plan for 1 year.
• Physically capable of lifting 25–60 lbs, standing and walking for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to individuals or teams under supervision to improve productivity, quality, safety, and costs.
• Perform routine tasks and maintain pace with work center/department.
• Monitor progress, check in-progress work, and ensure instructions and deadlines are met.
• Provide instruction and training per ISO standards.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and drawings to hourly employees.
