Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in manufacturing environment/warehouse setting on automated systems.
• Candidate must be able to promote Rheem Values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Business Ethics.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and optimize multi-stage automated systems.
• Analyze equipment data to recommend improvements to uptime.
• Perform and document TPM routines for automated systems.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Basic mechanical and digital experience

Strong measurement reading skills

Proven ability to execute TPM routines

Good communications skills

Experience with MES and ERP systems

Familiarity with lean principles (5S)

Welding experience

Robotic experience

Education
