Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience on large-scale vertical construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in staff oversight.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Experience on projects of at least $50 million in value.
• Strong knowledge of means, methods, sequencing, earned value, and forensic schedule analysis.
• Ability to support multiple phases within a broad program.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall QA for scheduling across the program.
• Develop, update, and maintain program schedules with revisions.
• Perform cost and resource loading to support forecasting.
• Generate and analyze regular cash flow reports.
• Oversee scheduling staff assigned to the program.
• Mentor schedulers in baseline schedule development and review.
• Review monthly/weekly updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare what-if scenario schedules based on changes.
• Analyze resequencing options and advise on impacts.
• Review time impacts from scope changes or delays.
• Develop time impact analyses and resolution strategies.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with controls, cost, and management teams.
• Provide leadership and assist Program Controls Manager as needed.
