Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Scheduler located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Senior Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Additional responsibilities include creating detailed baseline and milestone schedules, performing critical path analysis, evaluating project progress, generating mitigation or recovery plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain project efficiency. The Senior Project Scheduler will play a key role in document control and provide regular schedule updates for effective communication and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in critical path analysis, recovery/mitigation schedules, and "what-if" scenario planning
  • Strong skills in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
  • Experience in construction project scheduling, particularly in the public or heavy construction sectors
  • Ability to analyze and report on performance indicators by comparing current project status to baseline schedules
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with LAUSD or similar public sector construction projects is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with integrated master schedules and multi-project management is a plus.
